Hand-formed clay from Oaxaca, 9½ inches tall, built by hand rather than thrown — so the walls vary in thickness and the whole thing leans slightly. Left unglazed. One of a kind.

The clay takes on a chalky bloom over time. I like it empty, but it holds dried branches without complaint.
